On January 22, 2019, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Longyuan Group and Shanghai Academy of Architectural Sciences was solemnly held. At the meeting, Longyuan Group and Shanghai Academy of Construction and Sciences signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" and "Longyuan Mingzhu S-SYSTEM System Annual Service Agreement 2019".

Li Xiangmin made a speech at the meeting, briefly introducing the basic situation of Shanghai Academy of Construction Sciences and the achievements made in recent years. Li Xiangmin said that it was very exciting to cooperate with such an excellent enterprise as Longyuan Group. He expressed high recognition for Longyuan Group's exploration and in-depth study of assembled steel structure building, and hoped to take this opportunity to sign the contract for further development and growth of Longyuan Group and make a strong contribution to the research and development of assembled products.

Lai Chaohui spoke at the meeting. He pointed out that S-SYSTEM received great attention in the China Residential Expo in 2018, and the strong technical support provided by the Shanghai Academy of Construction and Sciences is inseparable, which also marks that the cooperation between the two sides has achieved the desired goals and taken a solid first step. Lai Chaohui expressed the hope that the Shanghai Academy of Construction Sciences would increase its support in future cooperation, transform wisdom into products, and enhance the market competitiveness of S-SYSTEM.

Since 2016, Longyuan Group and Shanghai Academy of Construction Sciences have initiated the cooperation of scientific and technological innovation research and development and product system incubation in the field of assembly architecture, and jointly launched "Longyuan Mingzhu S-SYSTEM New Generation High Performance Fully Assembled Steel Structural Building Product System". The advent of this building product guided by "product thinking" is an important milestone for Longyuan Group in the innovation and practice of new technology and system of assembly building.

It is reported that the overall R&D of Longyuan Mingzhu S-SYSTEM residential product system has lasted for two years. It is a complete steel residential product system with steel structure as the main structure. With the integration and application of assembly building technology and green, healthy and low energy consumption building technology as the highlight, it has the characteristics of product technology nationalization, high performance cost efficiency, design and manufacture. With the characteristics of integration, customization service individualization and collaborative research and development systematization, it won the 2008 Shanghai Assembly Building Demonstration Project and was selected as the "Tomorrow House" model house of China Residence Expo 2018.

It is worth mentioning that in May 2018, Longyuan Mingzhu S-SYSTEM residential product system construction method building was completed. The method building is designed and manufactured by S-SYSTEM R&D team in full scale to meet the safety performance and functional requirements of residential buildings below 100 meters in height. The total building area is 580 square meters, the total building height is 9 meters, earthquake fortification intensity is 7 degrees, covering 45 flat, 90 flat and 135 flat three main types. During the following Beijing Residence Fair and Shanghai City Fair, 50 full-scale model apartments with the theme of long-Rent apartments were exhibited at the S-SYSTEM booth of Longyuan Mingzhu, which attracted many visitors and was well received by the industry and the media.
